What are your hours of operation?
Our production facility runs 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. Our sales offices are open Monday through Thursday from 8AM to 5PM CST, and on Friday from 8AM to 3PM CST. After hours, you can always reach out via email and we’ll reply as soon as we can.
How does your pricing work?
When it comes to pricing your quote, there are a few things to consider:
- Garment style & color
- Number of ink colors or number of stitches
- Location of design
If you’re looking to save money, we suggest limiting your ink colors, increasing your order quantity, or selecting an alternative garment.
How can I get a quote?

How quickly will I receive my order?
Typical turnaround time for screen printed and/or embroidered garments is between 5 and 10 business days. Turnaround time for promotional products varies and all items have an estimated turnaround time on our website.
Turnaround time is only an estimate and starts when a deposit has been paid on your order, and we have all the necessary information needed to start production: product style, quantities, sizes, and approved artwork.
Can I place a rush order?
We can accommodate rush orders, but you must place those orders by calling us: 830-549-5113.
What are your artwork requirements?
Screen printing, embroidery, pad printing, and engraving all require one thing: great artwork! There are many files that we can work with but the files that provide the best quality are vectored files. If your file doesn’t meet this requirement, for a small charge, our graphic designer will properly prepare your image for printing.
Can you produce custom art and designs?
Yes, of course! Custom artwork is charged at $30.00 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Once artwork is approved, vectored files can be requested.
Do you have minimum order number?
Yes, we do. We ask for a minimum order of 12- like pieces for screen print and 6- like pieces for embroidery. Minimums for promotional products vary and those minimums are posted throughout the website.
How does your sizing work?
Sizing varies from brand to brand, and garment to garment. Roughly 75% of the products on our website run true to size. If there is a known size-variance with a particular style, our reps will let you know ahead of time.
Can I select different styles and sizes of garments within the same order?
Yes, you can! We understand everyone is not created the same and we welcome a variety of styles and sizes on every order.
